We had dinner this evening with Sean as our server. Before dining we checked the menu since our son has several food allergies, dairy being one. We noticed the children’s grilled chicken was marinated in buttermilk so my husband called to check that we could do just plain chicken for him. The manager, Jim, came on the phone and talked to my husband to assure him our son could be accommodated.
When we were seated Jim came over to our table to go over our sons food allergies again and discussed how they were going to prepare his meal (plain chicken and in a skillet so it wouldn’t have cross contamination from the grill). Sean double checked with me when we placed our food order that he had our sons right, and was just incredibly helpful and tentative in general.
Not only was our food DELICIOUS, our son loved his chicken, with bbq sauce, and french fries. While it may not seem like a big deal to some, it means the world to us as parents when businesses are so helpful & willing to accommodate food allergies and give our son the same experience as others �
I have been to several restaurants in the past year more than I care to mention but this is by far the best place I have eaten so I definitely give this place five stars the food was well prepared and tasted good I have no complaints whatsoever and we definitely will be back to eat there again in the near future thank you Firebirds Wood fired grill from the cooks to the servers to the owners !!!!!
The food is great. This is a must try restaurant if you haven't already been here.. the service was great. Food came out at a reasonable time. The devil eggs are a must try. Philly egg rolls are also delicious.

My second time there, took my brother for his birthday... This is now his favorite restaurant.... Cajun ribeye baby back ribs ahi tuna onion rings Chilean seabass.... Au gratin potatoes..... Everything perfect cant wait to go again!
We dine here 2-3 times a year to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The staff is always excellent as well as the food and drink. Party of 5 today. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop with southwest potatoes and the spicy Old Fashion. For dessert the Creme Brulee cheesecake. All excellent!
This place is just perfect. Service was top notch. Burrata appetizer was huge and delicious. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Tater tots were crispy. The steak fries were very good too. You can't go wrong no mater what you order. The Black Diamond pineapple infused vodka drink is excellent.
This place has a solid menu of steaks, seafood, chicken, and steakhouse sides/apps. There are some sandwich and salad options too. It's pretty spacious inside, with a good-sized, partially covered patio outside. If you don't have a reservation on a busy evening, bar tables are first come, first serve, but they're a little tight on space if you want to eat dinner with 3-4 folks at a table. On my first visit, I went with the filet -- twas' tender, juicy, and overall pretty good. The port mushrooms and grilled corn were excellent sides with great flavors. They definitely elevate your plate. Service was good, but a little slow at both lunch and dinner time. Overall, the value is pretty good here, bc it's cheaper than your average local steakhouse, but quality isn't compromised much. They're suitable for a causal or nice occasion. I'll certainly be back and would encourage anybody else looking for food in this restaurant-heavy area to pick them out of the crowd.

Had a date night with my husband earlier this evening for our anniversary and we chose to give this place a try. It was way above our expectations. The interior was very nicely decorated, with a fireplace and comfortable booth seating. Our server Celia was very knowledgable and attentive, and the food and drinks were both great. She let us know about a half off wine special they had, which I gladly agreed to, of course. I like a sweet wine, and she suggested the Riesling, which I had never tried before, but somehow it was just what I wanted. Apparently, I'm a Riesling girl now! We both got the Au Gratin potatoes for our side on recommendation, which were outstanding. Both of us agreed that they were some of the best potatoes we've ever had. She even brought us a little cheesecake on the house as a surprise to celebrate our night out together. Neither of us were expecting such a sweet gesture, but it did not go unnoticed, and I wanted to shout her out for making our night special. All together a great experience, and while it was a little pricey, for the excellent service we got, it worth the price. Highly recommend!
Had a great lunch date with my mom and niece the other day. Food was delicious and the waitress was very nice and helpful.
I called to book a birthday dinner for my daughter, we had a group on 10. They were able to accommodate me with a two days notice. Stephanie was our server, she was very attentive, and went above and beyond. I typically love Firebirds but everyone who ordered the steaks 90% of us, said it was too tough. Two of us had the Cajun Ribeye, the others had garlic sirloin. All too tough. I don’t think any of us ate a lot of it. We actually took it home to our dog, I hate to say it because I have loved Firebirds . The desserts were really good, we got the crème brûlée cheesecake and chocolate cake . The server even gave us birthday candles. Like I mentioned the service was great the food could have been better.
Great food and exceptional service. Cocktails at bar a little to pricey and same cocktails at table even more. A great place to eat but not so much just to meet up with friends and visit over cocktails.
Steak and salmon are signature dishes at Firebirds, but the strawberry shrimp salad with goat cheese and spiced pecans was absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere, attentive server, and an extremely fresh and delicious meal. Firebirds is a wonderful choice! (Reservations are recommended!)
