Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Had a date night with my husband earlier this evening for our anniversary and we chose to give this place a try. It was way above our expectations. The interior was very nicely decorated, with a fireplace and comfortable booth seating. Our server Celia was very knowledgable and attentive, and the food and drinks were both great. She let us know about a half off wine special they had, which I gladly agreed to, of course. I like a sweet wine, and she suggested the Riesling, which I had never tried before, but somehow it was just what I wanted. Apparently, I'm a Riesling girl now! We both got the Au Gratin potatoes for our side on recommendation, which were outstanding. Both of us agreed that they were some of the best potatoes we've ever had. She even brought us a little cheesecake on the house as a surprise to celebrate our night out together. Neither of us were expecting such a sweet gesture, but it did not go unnoticed, and I wanted to shout her out for making our night special. All together a great experience, and while it was a little pricey, for the excellent service we got, it worth the price. Highly recommend!

This place has a solid menu of steaks, seafood, chicken, and steakhouse sides/apps. There are some sandwich and salad options too. It's pretty spacious inside, with a good-sized, partially covered patio outside. If you don't have a reservation on a busy evening, bar tables are first come, first serve, but they're a little tight on space if you want to eat dinner with 3-4 folks at a table. On my first visit, I went with the filet -- twas' tender, juicy, and overall pretty good. The port mushrooms and grilled corn were excellent sides with great flavors. They definitely elevate your plate. Service was good, but a little slow at both lunch and dinner time. Overall, the value is pretty good here, bc it's cheaper than your average local steakhouse, but quality isn't compromised much. They're suitable for a causal or nice occasion. I'll certainly be back and would encourage anybody else looking for food in this restaurant-heavy area to pick them out of the crowd.

This place is just perfect. Service was top notch. Burrata appetizer was huge and delicious. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Tater tots were crispy. The steak fries were very good too. You can't go wrong no mater what you order. The Black Diamond pineapple infused vodka drink is excellent.

I called to book a birthday dinner for my daughter, we had a group on 10. They were able to accommodate me with a two days notice. Stephanie was our server, she was very attentive, and went above and beyond. I typically love Firebirds but everyone who ordered the steaks 90% of us, said it was too tough. Two of us had the Cajun Ribeye, the others had garlic sirloin. All too tough. I don’t think any of us ate a lot of it. We actually took it home to our dog, I hate to say it because I have loved Firebirds . The desserts were really good, we got the crème brûlée cheesecake and chocolate cake . The server even gave us birthday candles. Like I mentioned the service was great the food could have been better.
