Review Hard Rock Cafe - Mashantucket

Not too crowded for a Thursday. Got the nachos, which I thought was a little small, but the cheese sauce and beans were delicious. Also got the Impossible Burger. Definitely better than BK, but not sure if it was $20 burger. I did appreciate the extra pickles and onion ring on it. Plenty of cool memorabilia to gaze at while enjoying music videos.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The drinks were really good and strong!! I spent most of the time looking around at all the memorabilia and pictures they had on the wall. They had so much! There was some live music when we went which was a really nice touch, otherwise they are playing rock & pop hits from all different eras. Our waiter James was on top of his stuff. He was super friendly & made us feel most welcome. We will return!

This restaurant looks spectacular with the high ceilings and the awesome memorabilia. The food was ok. I took the surf and turf burger and it was good but not great. I didn't like the fries that were too dry and not crispy enough for me. The service was perfect and I really appreciated our waiter James.

That was our 4th time eating here. The food was always delicious and fresh. F The service was amazing, the waiters and waitress were friendly and they will ask if you need anything even if they aren't you waiter or waitress. I don't like to rate big franchise but the hard rock cafe in foxwoods has phenomenal service and food. I will recommend this place.

Food selections are limited but the place is well decorated with Music mementos all over the wall. There was even live music from an awesome band! It can get busy depending on what night you come in on. Taste wise, The food was okay, nothing too crazy, but we had fun listening to the band.

Fun atmosphere (memorabilia on the walls was amazing), good food and drink, and the band was excellent! It was an "edgy-chic" way to have lunch, and the Bloody Mary was top-notch! We will definitely go back.

Omg this place is really nice but unfortunately depending on what Building your in Hard rock might be a walk away. I stayed in Grand Pequot so I walked through the casino through the restaurants and Food court pass the Rainmaker Casino towards the end. The restaurant is very beautiful the decor is really great to admire. All these legends and their beautiful personal items. Food was nice and hot.

The staff we had was excellent and we very much enjoyed the live music. Unfortunately the menu is extremely limited yet the food we choose was cooked perfect and extremely well flavored. For the selections on the menu they were very pricey and the drink were very expensive.

Small for a Hard Rock but attractive open set up with a live music stage front taking up most of the back wall. As someone who collects Hard Rock Experiences I've been to my fair share of HR Cafes. This one was a bit confusing to get to as the GPS took us to the equivalent of its outside location and we just had to figure out where it actually was inside after we parked. I had booked a reservation on open table. When it was clear we would be a little late, I called the HRC directly and they said it was no problem, they would just mark 'late' next to our name and sit us when we arrived. When we arrived about 15 minutes late, there seemed to be some confusion about our reservation - however we were still sat almost immediately. Our server was polite if a bit busy. We ordered the pepperoni flat bread and a steak bowl which was more than enough food for the both of us. There was a live music show happening. (It was a Monday - Day after Christmas). Food and drinks were great as usual. It was a little loud with the live music but that was fine by us. After out meal, we were given scratch off lottery discount tickets which we then used in the store to buy one shirt get one free (out scratch off prize). I did have to clarify via email an error where Open table thought we had not attended our reservation - but HRC cleared it up that same day and the points showed up on my account. In the HR Shop after dinner the attendance was very friendly and gave us a coupon for a discount. All in all a pleasant experience

Stopped at the Hard Rock while at Foxwoods because the menu options were what we were in the mood for. There was even live music from an awesome band! Our server, James, was one of the best waiters I’ve had recently. He made us aware that they made mocktails, so I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri and was happy to feel special because I don’t really drink. When I was ordering the mac and cheese, he checked to see if I like spicy food. I said I’d rather have it without the roasted red peppers, and he went the extra mile and told me to get it with bacon and garlic, which wasn’t even an option on the menu. The food was okay, nothing too crazy, but the service we had was great and we had fun listening to the band.

I went to the Hard Rock Cafe to see Thrash Frog play for Metal Night. James was our server and he was awesome! The music was great and the food was delicious!

Only thing I was disappointed with was the small menu, not many appetizers. The drink was delicious (electric blue) and more expensive then I expected but it's the casino so I should have realized that. Waiter was good but people I went with both ordered the wings, but one no kick and the other wanted kick. Of course they didn't specify which was which so no one knew until halfway through the meal. It was good but this wouldn't be my next choice the next time I go back to the casino

Great menu but food was below average for taste. Service was fine. The other restaurants have better quality pub food for similar price points.

It was freezing in the dining room. When we complained about it, the server asked us if we would like to sit outside. We were so glad she did! We loved the patio! Check it out—

We went there 2/23 after playing bingo. There was hardly anyone there, but the service was lacking. It took 10min to get our drinks after we ordered them. Then it took 45 to get our appetizers. The supervisor came out and told us the food had been over cooked so we had to wait longer. I ordered a 2nd drink and at some point had to remind the waiter that I had ordered a drink. And the food was lacking. I’ve been there before and haven’t had an issue, so I don’t know what the deal was. The place was empty so there shouldn’t have been such bad service

Always have a great time here. The waitresses and staff are always there to serve you. Great food and cool atmosphere. Always one of my stops for food and drinks with the wife. Will most definitely be back.

Stopped in last night for a beer and snack with my wife. Friendly staff, quick service, good food! What more can you ask for?

Great food. Reasonable prices. The most awesome server James Brown. Great live band. Amazing memorabilia, like being in a rock museum.

Out of all the resturant choices available at Foxwoods I am glad I decided to eat here and look forward to returning. The service was great and the food was delicious. Thank you again to our server Doug and the rest of the Hard Rock staff for the wonderful experience!

Awesome attentive waitress. Great food. Chicken was very juicy. The oreo cheesecake was just spectacular.
