Very very clean!!! The staff there are awesome! There's not too many places left around where all the staff smile and treat the costumers with respect. They all deserve a raise in that store.

Oh dear Lord! Went there for that new burger & all I need to say is " Arby's stay in your lane & stick to what you know best." This had to be the worst burger I've ever had & I've eaten burgers in a few foreign countries; bun way larger than the patties, edge of burger was so hard that I just broke it off & brought it home to my dog & she contemplated a while before she finally ate it. The service was very fast & they have an excellent strawberry lemonade. This will not stop from going back but it will not be for a burger

Drove through and the person taking our order could not get it straight and the reader board was not working. We got to the window and the gal at the window asked us what our drinks were... We only wanted one single sandwich and got 2 singles and a combo plus all the other items. We didn't realize until we got home since we had ordered so much and yes, we were charged for everything we wanted and stuff we didn't. Fries were HORRIBLE! We wanted 3 Dr Peppers and one root beer, we got all Dr Peppers. The gal handing out the food complained about the gal handing out the drinks. It was overall a bad experience.

when we pulled in the parking lot to go through the drive up which was backed way up so I went inside to order which was as well very busy but it took me no time at all to get through the line to order and to get my food as well. this saying a lot considering it was the busiest lunch hour ever

Bought 2 french dips and didn't get the au jus waste of money as these are higher than roast beef sandwiches, they were dry and gross

Fast friendly service. We ate in the parking lot. Crinkle cut fries were only half full. @ almost $3 and cold. Asked for ketchup and got a handful of Arby sauce instead because its in a red package I guess. Roast beef sandwiches were good.

I had my first Jamocha shake in 1970 in LA. Loved it then love it now. Wish they would offer gluten free bread for sandwiches.

It's impressive how astronomically long you have to wait in a drive thru. I have not been by this Arby's at any hour when the drive thru line was not into the roadway. I waited this past week and it took 26 minutes to get food. Absolutely ridiculous. Steer clear.
Edit: found flies in a coke I ordered today.
Nice. Don't go here.
