Pizza Hut

This order was easily and by far the most convenient and quickly delivered ever.. at least what I have experienced at different locations, ordering different food. In the app, for a carryout option, you can add more detail of your car's make and model and choose color. I was right on the dot, parked, opened the Pizza Hut application to notify them that I am here and before I even had a chance to click, the employee holding my order was already next to my driver's side window. Brilliant. Signs were easy to spot for a carryout. Now to the "you've said all the nice stuff, what's there left to say?" Here it is: I may judge harshly when it comes to pricing since I have never had a pleasure of ordering a Pizza from Pizza Hut. The taste doesn't justify its price. Ordering two quality pizzas with at least five toppings can easily render your pockets empty, if you are on a budget, which I was not. My initial order was close to $60 for just two pizzas. I know they are famous, but it is only for those who would want to have a change of taste once in a blue moon. That melty cheese flavor was not just there for me. Their large pizza looks medium, and medium looks small. I have been to places where the word "large" means.. it will feast your eyes first. In short, it is not the best. It is all right. All that aside, Pizzas were hot. Breadsticks were juicy and mouth-watering. Customer service, exceptional! 😅

Nightmare store with horrible service, i put in an order for delivery around 10 pm, they said it was received, and was being prepared, that it'd be delivered at 12:10 am. It never came, and now I can't even call the store because they're closed. I spent over 60 dollars! And I didn't even order a lot, just a medium pizza, fries, and wings. I'm so mad.

We used to order from this Pizza Hut. We found a local pizza place that we really enjoy and have since only ordered from it. Last night my wife decided she wanted to try this Pizza Hut again. We order a pepperoni lovers pan Pizza, a beef black olive and mushroom thin crust, an order of cheese sticks, and an order of cinna sticks. We placed the order for curbside pickup. I arrived at Pizza hut and was surprised that there was no way to let them know, from the app, that I arrived. So, I had to call them and let them know I was there. They quickly brought out our order. I had them place it in the back of my SUV so there was no contact, due to Covid. I should have checked the order. I arrived home and my wife asked if they had given me a separate bag for the dipping sauces. The bread sticks should have come with a marinara sauce and the cinna sticks should have come with an icing. It was never put in our order. My wife called and she was told we could come back and get them or they would credit our account for a couple of dollars. I wasn't driving another 30 mins, there and back to get them. They should have been in our order. Obviously no one checks the orders before they go out to make sure they are complete. My wife was pretty upset that they couldn't get that right. The Pizza was just dry and dull. It was like there was no sauce on it. The breadsticks were dry and did not taste good. Without icing the cinna sticks were pointless. I don't know how any passes this off as good Pizza. We learned our lesson. We will continue to order from our favorite local Pizza place. At least their pizza is how a good pizza is supposed to be.
