Worst firehouse Experience of my life. First off they had no lettuce or onions, then the kid taking my order absolutely ruined the visit. He never asked me about any options for my sandwiches, and then still got them both incorrect then proceeded to make my sandwiches reversed, they put nothing on my ham Sandwich and then put mustard and tomatoes on my Brisket? They forgot the extra pickles I asked for, . I will never be returning to this location due to the fact the guy working cashier completely threw away any Customer service skills he ever learned .

Will not being going back. My last visit was the last straw. I ordered a salad, which according to their door they were out of lettuce, but they still served a salad in my order. It was made of translucent Brown pieces of lettuce and several almost black slimey pieces, and that was just under the other veggies on the top. I also ordered their baked potato soup. Previously it has been creamy and delicious. This time it was curdled, like it had been sitting in the pot to long or yesterdays soup. It also had a rancid smell. They were out of all but coke zero, which was flat. My husband's sandwich was turkey, bacon and ranch dressing on soggy bread, no toast to the bread at all and no lettuce (due to the lettuce lacking) I called multiple times with no answer and voicemail full. So I drove the 25 minutes back, where I was given a refund, but was told my order had been put out a while ago. So basically the lettuce and soup went bad in the hour and a little bit since we picked it up. This is not the first time my food has been subpar. Normally I can pick a few yucky pieces out of my salad and toast the bun of my husband's sandwich a little more. This time it was over the top bad, where I thought I would be beyond sick if any of my food was consumed. I am beyond disappointed with this place and it supports a great cause, but there is no reason to be without lettuce or be serving the lettuce it was.

Well i like to give a honest review so here goes. We visited the store about 11am and they already had a 3 or 4 customers. I have heard good things about this place. When we walked through the door we were immediately hit with a odor of what smelled like urine. We made our order with a friendly young lady that was helpful. We only ordered 2 small sandwiches that took almost 10 minutes. I have to say that our food was very good. I would give them a try again but I believe it would have to be a togo order.

Do not go here. Tasteless. Overpriced. Order wrong. Does not taste like a sub(s)--four 12", one 8", and two cookies. "Just $76.99". Incorrect orders. Bread with meat. Not meat with bread. Meat was truly tasteless. What is wrong here?? Said, when called back, that they were short on supplies. Not toasted. Worse bread. Tastes like cardboard. Where are the mushrooms, when featured on the order??? Truth be told, staff was nice. But I eat out for comfort, not just courtesy. Worse most insipid, tasteless sub. Much room to improve. I am not. Repeat. Not a hater. Terrible!

I really wasn't too impressed with my sandwich. The toppings were fine and there were lots of them, but the white bread was a real disappointment and led me to ditch the last half of the sandwich. It was very sweet and had almost no "chew" to it. It was unpleasantly dense. The macaroni and cheese, on the other hand, was fantastic. So good, in fact, that it made me want to go home and make my own because the portion size was so small for how good it was. I wasn't terribly impressed with the value. My meal of a footlong sandwich and side came to $20, a little on the high side. Next time, I'll just get the mac-and-cheese for $5 and head down the street to Jersey Mike's for my sandwich.

With no other customers in the shop, they didn't get my order right...as usual. The kid that took my order seemed half asleep. He didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted and I ask for onion and BBQ sauce only. Didn't ask if I wanted a pickle wedge. So I received a turkey sandwich with onion, lettuce, tomato, BBQ sauce, and some kind of cheese. There were 6 employees behind the counter but they didn't get it right. Like I said, not the first time and for them being so expensive (over $12.00 for med sandwich and coke) I will go elsewhere!!

Called in an order because the online order wasn't working properly. I told the person on the other end I needed to place an order for delivery. They took the order and asked when I was picking it up. I reiterated that this was for delivery. They said they only deliver through 3rd party apps. Okay I'm visiting in town so I navigated my way there. My food was set on the counter and the lady walked away after paying. Get back to where in staying and missing several items. Customer service was as warm and fuzzy as a rock.

Sadly had to drop from 5 to 1 star. 6pm wed. May 18th. I called because our last 3 orders were missing the pickle. I called while our order was being made, i mentioned please remember the pickles since previous issues. "No problem, I'll take care of it" He said. Our order arrived, No pickles and my wife's sandwich looks like they drove over it. Thankfully our driver went back because they forgot the soups as well. The guy laughed when i called to asked if i wasn't clear enough over the phone. Sad when zero effort is given at a job.
