Taco Bell

Young ladies in the drive thru were very professional and kind but whoever is making the food here needs to be fired. Ordered 2 supreme steak soft taco, they even verified that I DID want tomatoes, what I got was a soft shell tortilla, steak, lettuce and cheese..... so I go back through the line to get the correct order.... And then second one wasn't much better 🙄🙄 but I guess all the ingredients were there.......kinda.

This is the second time that i’ve ordered a fiesta veggie burrito (which is usually my favorite item on the menu) and at this particular location they’ve made it entirely wrong. Learn your menu items smh, we were going to this location because it was the closest but honestly not worth it id rather drive the extra mile for my order to be correct. id give this a 0 stars if i could. dont go here! (the burrito isn’t even supposed to have lettuce smh)

Updating this review. Store 024675, Martinez, Ga still needs some help. Getting to the person who was standing there taking orders took forever... she might've been new. My order was all jacked up... soft tacos were still naked. At least this time, I got the right amount of food, just wasn't the items I ordered. However, silver lining, I got to try something I had never eaten off the menu before & it was pretty good!

We ordered a taco craving pack while traveling and when we got down the road, we realized that they jacked our ordered completely. We asked for soft tacos with extra meat on the whole order, add onions and sour cream. Pretty simple. They charged us for all the extras as expected, but didn't deliver on the request. We received fallen apart soggy shells instead of soft shells, no extra meat, no onions, and a little dollop of sour cream on the last bite. This cost us $35 and was discussed with what we received. I called to let them know and the manager was so rude. She demanded us to return the meal and they would replace it. I asked for a voucher because we weren't going to turn around on our travels. She said sorry, can't help you then. I told her, I'll be filing a complaint with corporate. She said go ahead and hung up on me. The worst Taco Bell experience

This Taco Bell is the worst in this area. I keep saying oh one more chance… and every chance is more and more disappointing! Won’t make that mistake again. Everything is sloppy or wrong. Tonight we pulled up to the drive through and was told they were out of beef, everything there is almost beef! Then was told after that, that the wait would be 10 minutes. So 10 minute wait and no beef. Ordered a steak quesadilla and got chicken. Like others in the reviews we go to this one because it’s close to home, but I’d rather drive across town to a better Taco Bell. Food is always sloppy. Hard tacos in pieces and a Mexican pizza put side ways in the bag. Simply do not care at this location! Don’t know why I tried this location again after saying I would not!

The tacos is always were delicious and prepared just right. However my burrito was not prepared anywhere near what I had asked for. I do not eat beans and it was loaded with beans. Once you've left, you've driven home and you live far away, it's too much to go back. I also wish they carried Coke products instead of Pepsi.
