Worst meal ever from here. Got a whopper, no grilled meat plain yuk,lettuce,tomato and onion were so brown and limp. Bun so hard and cold. Where has there great burger gone

I went to burger King off Laplace by Manhattan blvd placed my order but wanted to add to my order at 7.pm January 31st but when I got to window the lady said she could not add to my order.last time i checked it was burger king have it your way but tonight was NOT!!! WILL NOT GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONE
The night staff in particular are so lovely! Always nice, friendly, and have my order right and ready!
It was Ok. They still don't have a come in policy yet have to wait in a drive through line and after placing and paying for the order was told to pull out front where we waited almost five minutes before they finally brought us our food. When here at 11:15...order a chicken fry meal...the French fries were hot and fresh...but the chicken fries were pretty much cold...all I eat from burger King is chicken fries...so I know what they should taste like and If they are fresh or not..and these WERE NOT!!
