Just a nice nice place to relax during the week.

The manager allowed a woman to bring a non service dog in and sit in a booth. She greeted the guest with a hug and petting the small breed dog before taking her to her seat. Very unprofessional to have a dog in a restaurant especially when it is not a service dog and sat on the seat with the customer.

Our meals were tasty; beyond expectations for a chain restaurant. The place appeared clean and well maintained. Server was friendly and efficient.

Good drinks and food, people are iffy but I think her name was Jessica (?) blonde bartender a little older is AMAZING.

The staff here are amazing. They handled our tour bus like rock stars. They seated 50 people incredibly fast and got us fed and back on the road in no time. They also called us to let us know someone left their phone! You guys are amazing!

We generally enjoy Applebee's, and we shared a very good simple meal at this location (bourbon st steak - wife's favorite - w/ mashed potatoes & a dessert. We shared to leave room for dessert!).
Service was friendly & enthusiastic (if not quite ”professional”) & worthy of a nice tip. Atmosphere was typical Applebees, so I don't see '3 stars' as a Negative: it is what it is & perhaps deserves a '4.'
Location is in a College Town, & much of the staff was younger, and several seemed new on the job. Again, just 'a fact,' and not a negative except for those seeking a '5 Star' dining experience (who probably avoid Applebees anyway.)

Server very pleasant. Food arrived quickly & was good. However the AC was set to low & we were freezing. Thankfully it wasn't that warm outside today so we had jackets with us, but even with those on we were cold. Save some money and turn the temp up on the thermostat
