Wonderful Cajun and Creole specialties in this downtown mainstay. It's well themed inside and has cozy booths and table seating. The menu is extensive and well laid out. Check with the server for specials. They have a decent (15) selection of local beers in bottles and cans, and some Abita classics.
This was a neat restaurant located on the lower downstairs portion in downtown Marquette.
The decor is really cool and welcoming. Our waiter greeted us and was very informative. Told us the history of how it's family owned for 17 years and they smoke and cut all their meats.

I'd give the food a 3 1/2 or 4 Stars.
It was good, but not NEARLY spicy enough. I was a little annoyed that there was an upcharge for extra spice level on the Jambalaya.
The Alligator appetizer was only fair. The pieces were not very big and resembled Calamari.

What a gem thus town has in this restaurant! Everything was fantastic. We started with the fried green tomatoes. Oooh, so good. Our meals were fantastic as well and the husband ordered the special bread pudding. I was allowed 2 bites. 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks to our wonderful server. He talked us through it
The food was very good, and the server was good, too. The hostess was very rude and difficult, so it made me wait because i was a party of one when there were a lot of open tables, but everything was great after I was seated

Yessss!! You don't find good creole food too often outside of New Orleans but this place is on point!! The food was perfect. The service is so good and the atmosphere is so cool!! My carribean queen cocktail was super good too!! Definitely will return!!
