Best Catfish anywhere in the Tri-State! After my Dad, Richard Cruce, retired the new owners have continued the great traditions started by my family through the generations and have kept their legacy alive. Located in the heart of Marion Kentucky, I’m so proud of this hometown place and feel the love they serve with every meal. I can still walk in or drive thru and savor the same dishes that my Dad used to make for me. It always takes me back to another place in time and tears of joy come to my eyes, every time. Long live The Front Porch family restaurant. It’s all about the love! It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to create such a great place to eat and share with the ones you love. Thanks Katie! You are doing a great job and we are proud of the way you always strive for excellence and the way you build the tables longer so everyone has a seat. Never stop! Love your newest menu and your special shout remembering Dad! I know his legacy is in good hands, he would love it! The first time I ate here it was awesome! The second time was not as good but I thought ok, they are having a bad day. Well, tonight put the icing on the cake! We were the only 2 customers in the place. The staff was pleasant but I had to ask for flatware, no problem. However the corn bread and beans were both cold. The hush puppies tasted like they were left over from yesterday! My husband asked for warm hush puppies and the waitress was happy to bring us fresh ones... burnt to a crisp so still not edible! Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Bad place to eat. Rude hostess, got 2 orders wrong, then we told the server it was wrong she all but called my wife a liar and it was written on the ticket!!!! We sat there with empty drinks for a long time. They made our group set at separate tables Back to back with each other, would not let us push 2 tables together like many places will. Cramped up eating atmosphere!! So if you like room and comfort and good service with great food stay away from here!!!
