Zaxby's

I guess they are usually pretty good and the customer service at the front was perfectly on point, which is what got them up to 3 stars from 1 star for the food quality. The chicken fingers we got were very dry and over cooked. The amount of fries for a double order and upgraded to large was less than one of our single order's regular size.

The Zaxby’s in Marion Arkansas has to be the worst store in our area. All other restaurants have open their inside but not here. So anytime you go there is a line all the way around. Then when you make it to the window and pay for your food your told to pull up and wait for your order. So we started ordering on line. Well tonight I order on line make it to the restaurant call saying I’m here. They asks what stall I’m parked in. Then they say pull to the door. So I do but no one come out with my order. I call back and told how sorry they are and then hang up on me. Call back and am told oh we see you we are dropping your order now so it will be fresh. Well if you dropped it when I ordered it then it should be fresh. So I just leave and call the manager who tells me there is nothing she can do to refund my money. That I would need to call the store manager tomorrow. So now I’m out 30.00 + dollars no food and no help from the store. I will never go back to this store. I will tell everyone not to eat there.

Depending on the craving, there are a few things I gravitate towards when pulling up to the order box. If I’m starved, there’s the Three Nibblerz Meal. Three chicken strip sliders, drizzled in zax sauce and accompanied with crinkle cut fries. Zaxby’s ice makes any drink taste better but I usually go for a Coca Cola. You can’t beat it! Although the Cherry Grape Blaster has a wonderful flavor if you are wanting something different. Then, if I just want appetizers, there’s the Spicy Fried Mushrooms and the Fried White Cheddar Bites. Either way, I will always kill my diet for Zaxby’s 🐓!

The Zaxby's in Marion AR is the worst, the salads are always horrible just thrown together if you dont have everything that go into the salads just say that, dont just serve people anything because you not giving food away your are selling it... This is the only Zaxby's i go to that's not up to part. Clean up around and outside of the drive-thru window...Disgusting 🤮
