Nutrisport & Smoothie

This spot is amazing, after getting a juicy pump I love to come in and refuel my body and gain my nutrients with the excellent options they offer. There was one super jacked employee, I think his name was Zyn, he was very excellent and gave me some excellent tips for my bulk, he needs a raise!!!! I will be continuing to visit this store, keep it up!

We go to this establishment weekly, never had this issue. I paid for my two smoothies that I get every single time they took our orders I saw them write it on the cup and then they proceeded to make everyone else’s drinks except mine and then when I questioned them about it, he said oh and I had to repeat my order and then they made their was no apology for making me wait an extra 10 minutes. That made me angry next time I will not leave them a tip.

I really enjoy the location, convenience and products/smoothies at this location but the majority of the staff I have encountered just doesn’t seem like they like their job. They don’t look you in the eye, they don’t say thank you, but a “yep” while already turning around walking away before you can take 10 seconds to engage with a customer. this last time my smoothie wasn’t called out just placed down. Also the same protein bar I purchased one day before was a significant price difference. I say this in all good faith as I know people are overworked, underpaid at most places. The cashier rolled her eyes whether she realized it or not and seemed like she actively tried to not look you in the eye. I understand customer service and get it. I don’t have any personal issues with that but something to be mindful of with everyone else. A little kindness and happiness in your job can take you along way.

I’ve been to this place multiple times in the past 4 years. The smoothies are great but I’m giving this place 1 star because of the people. The staff are friendly. They act like they don’t want to be there and give snotty looks to the customers. The attitudes suck and I feel as though it has only gotten worse. I would advise not going in. This is not how a business is ran. Hate to say goodbye but I won’t be stopping in anymore.
