Our server Brooke was amazing. She was very attentive to our group, always made sure we had fresh warm breadsticks and always with a smile. In a time when good workers are hard to find Fazoli’s has a gem in Brooke. Thanks for a great lunch experience.

My baked spaghetti was the best I have had. It truly was the extra cheese and meat sauce I asked for. Nothing was skimped on. All of the workers were so kind and helpful, especially Kaili Lee, who treated me like a queen. Tonight was a fun and enjoyable Friday night of eating! :-)

I spent the weekend at my buddy's house. We decided to go to Marion end up stopping here for lunch on Easter. I had chicken pesto pasta. I tried the new bacon glazed chicken wings, (which were really good.)I also had a side salad and 5 with the 6 bread sticks. I don't get to stay at my buddy's too often these days, but when we do travel to Marion Indiana and we usually always stop and eat here.

Marion In. 30 minute drive thru...poor quality product. If you don't have staffing to produce, then close down for that day. I would have totally understood if you were closed. Instead I paid money to be infuriated. Total failure of owner. Employee was busting it and trying.

The restaurant was full inside with sit down customers. So I choose the drive thru 8 cars ahead. I figured it was gonna be a wait. It however wasn't.
Super respect for the workers. I looked in the drive thru window and it didn't look chaotic at all. Everyone looked relaxed.

Great food, good service. It appears the labor shortage is affecting them but they still do a wonderful job through it.
6/18/22 Review - Placed drive thru order online that was due to be filled for 547pm. After 20 minutes in drive thru line to get to the speaker and wait for 14 minutes when I got out of the car and walked to the window while my husband waited in the car and at 620 pm the order was still not ready. We finally got our order at 624pm and it was wrong but we left not wanting to wait any longer for them to fix it. This is totally unacceptable and we will not be visiting the Marion chain anymore as this has happened three times in the last month. They could at least tell their customers at the speaker that the wait time is going to be long or even better approximate waittime or throw in some comp breadsticks. If this continues, management should consider closing the drive thru to show consideration for their customers knowing this is NOT a true drive thru!
