Good was good but the service was terrible. Server only showed up at the table to take orders and bring food and was on her phone the rest of the time.

No photos, didn't deem it worthy. Ordered enchiladas, chunks of chicken almost broke my teeth and the cheese was sprinkled on unmelted and still cold. Sauce was bland with no flavor and the red salsa is straight colored water. Only shining lights were the service and the tomatillo salsa, but you can only find about 1/4 chips shaped right to get it to stick on the chips bc there's not a cup for the salsas so you have to squirt it on the chip. Thought about sending it all back but still remember the movie Waiting. Take your $16+ after tip to Los Amores, I would've if it weren't Sunday. Used to really enjoy this place, unfortunate.

We enjoyed El Taco Express! I would recommend not judging this book by its cover. Though it has a humble atmosphere, the food was good, and not typical of similar restaurants. I had a chorizo burrito, and it was excellent. The cost was also extremely affordable. My wife, daughter, and I ate for less than $24 not including a tip! I encourage you to give it a try!
