Food was fine and came out quickly. Soft drink fountain was very dirty and none of the drinks tasted right.

The best of the best! No other DQ in the area van compare to this one! The employees are always friendly and fast! And when I ask for extra strawberry, as I do every time I order a sundae, I actually get extra strawberry! The food is always hot and fresh too!

Long wait at drive thru order box with no one ordering ahead of me. Traffic ended up backed up into the street. Ordered 2 large dipped cones and they were short, thin, leaning towers of ice cream on a large cone. Location on main St in Marion IL is not the place to go for dipped cones.

Main.....and! My moms Salad Was NOT! Very good!! I TRIED To get Her to LET ME Take it back up there....and, SHE Wouldn't let me!! It Was the WRONG Dressing than what SHE Wanted!! And the Chicken was the Wrong One also....and she had or bit into a piece of it....and SHE Said it Was SOOO Dryy!!! SOOO I know they Would probly SAY....Ya should of brought it back....WELLL Come on...I COULDNT Force my 83yr old momma to give it up an let me take back!!?! So, there ya have it!! My Burger was alright....I guess.

The only thing good was the banana split the chicken strip basket and fries was disgusting everything was cooked in old grease first time at this location and will be the last

Went there today with my two kids and they were friendly, good food and we even brought home dilly bars! Thank you for great customer service and food!

I was very very disappointed in my order and I usually ordered food here before with no issues but I went today and my fries were completely cold and soggy. I went back thru the drive thru and provided feedback to the manager and she took care of me by giving me another combo but the fries again were completely soggy and tasted old like the grease needed to be changed. On top of that I also ordered a blizzard but a blizzard is usually hard but this was soft served. I was going to take pics for u too see but nobody needed to see this.
I know being in the public eye has its perks but providing freshness should be a priority. I will not be back to this location. Highly disappointed 😞😕
