Pizza Hut

The as always is great but I've always used coupons that comes with the flyers everyone in my area gets weekly. This time I was told ( not when I ordered but as I was picking up) that the new corporate owners weren't accepting those flyer coupons. So as much as I love the pizza in these tryn times I guess pizza hut is off the table for awhile.

One thing I have to agree on, no one out pizzas the Hut! I've tried every pizza place from major chains to local to convenience stores and many are really good but Pizza Hut is hands down the best. The only thing I don't like is the rather steep delivery charge. I am always happy to tip the driver generously but I don't think I should have to pay the business itself for delivery. They make plenty of money they could afford to offer free delivery or at least a more moderate fee. So only four stars out of five, but still my favorite place to get pizza.

Ordered online for a scheduled pick up time and it changed it. Called the store and spoke with an employee and told them I wanted to schedule it for pick up in an hour not right then and she stated they would fix it. Received an email stating that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Called back to speak with the manger who said they already put our pizzas in the oven but those same pizzas will be fresh when we pick it up in an hour. Explained to the manager I did not want to pick up pizzas that have been sitting for an hour. Manager stated that he couldn’t do anything about it and hung up. I called back asked for a refund and asked for a higher up’s name and number and he refused to provide me with it. Andrew was the manager at the time. I will be calling for a higher up first thing Monday.
