I'd give less credit but one star is all they allow. KFC, you have dismissed baked beans? And the potato wedges? I can get fries anywhere. And your company had very good baked beans. But now. I have no reason to visit your establishment. I was stuck in your drive through with no way out, that stupid. Very dumb place. I'll never return.

Tonight at about 7:15 pm I ordered a 12 PC bucket of original, dark meat , chicken. Paid for it. Told it would be a 15 min wait to cook. Waiting several minutes and was told the manager doesn't want to cook anymore chicken tonight( they close at 9. Now told had to take crispy instead of original..came back 5 more minutes. Don't have 12 dark, would I take while. No nobody in my family eats white. Will you take two extra sides instead of the two missing pieces. Sure. Got home. 9 thighs, 1 leg, all cold and saturated in grease. Potatoes watered dow. Cold, corn dry and cold. Coleslaw was fine though. Who owns Marion KFC. Worst KFC we have ever eaten.

Women working the drive thru was very rude. I even got not yelled at but screamed at. So loud that my son and I jumped back while sitting in the van. When I removed the last of the chicken to put it in the fridge out of the bucket the paper was dripping in grease and there was a puddle of it in the bottom of the bucket.

Always a good experience! I miss the one in Carbondale but luckily this one is around :) Chelsea, the girl who took my order was very kind and helpful to me. I think this facility is better than the one in Murphy. I went during lunch when it was very busy and still everything was quickly brought to me and it was hot and fresh. They also have a buffet, I haven't personally tried it but I have heard that the food in the buffet is hot and tasty as well. Probably the cleanest KFC I've ever been to

I called on 4/30/22 at 11:55am and grumpy older white guy picked up and said “THANK YOU FOR CALLING KFC IN MARION CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS!” Then IMMEDIATELY hung up in my face… that was very weird & rude at the least But sadly expected in 2022 :( I was literally just calling to see if the buffet was back open & to make reservations for later date.

Due to Christmas shopping or Omicron virus ? There was only one other party in the dining room at this time. I had had a harrowing day getting around a closed route 34 with no detour assistance. On my way home I needed a comfort meal. KFC fit the bill. The staff was very accommodating. This was the CLEANEST and nicest decorated KFC I have ever seen. Thank you for your kindness.
