Domino's Pizza

Very disappointed today. I ordered 13 items to be delivered to a business in town to recognize my teams hard work! I waited on hold, got disconnected once, called back and by the time my order was placed...29 minuted had passed. The GM on the phone was very nice, but 29 minuted!? She was having a very difficult time with the computer functions. She gave me the order half price but it hasn't arrived and half my team has now went home for the day! She told me 40 minutes but an hour and 20 minutes has passed and the food still isn't there. I'll have a backroom full of food but no employees there to eat it. In hindsight, I should have hung up and called another place. ☹️ I do understand staffing issues but there's possibly some training issues as well. UPDATE 2 days later!! I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE ORDER NEVER CAME!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I paid for 13 items and they just never delivered the order!!

I used to love this place, but lately, I'm not happy with it. Tonight I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on the app. Over an hour went by so I called to see what was taking it so long. And the associate said it was a 2 hour wait for pick up or 3 hour wait for delivery. They said I was order number 5. On the app it told me 36 minutes. So obviously I wanted a refund because I'm not waiting til 10 at night to feed my kids. They only refunded me part of the money, and said the other part of it would be refunded in 24 hours. Which that part I really do not understand. I suggest nobody order from here. It is a joke the last few times I have ordered. Very bad service. Maybe new management is needed.

Delicious food and great deals which make the prices very reasonable, but there's one big downfall. The Dominos Tracker is not live, so how are they allowed to portray it that way in advertising and in their web orders. We always wait for the tracker to show our order is READY for pickup before driving to the store; however, each time it's the same story. Something in our order "isn't quite ready", so we end up waiting another 15-20 minutes at the store. This last visit had us wait almost 30 extra minutes after arriving to the store which was approx 40 mins after the Tracker showed the order as Ready. Do not trust their Tracker!!
