Absolutely amazing. I am in a homeless situation and they have been more than inviting. The staff has been very friendly. The managers are absolutely amazing and understanding and a great representation of what Bojangles is all about . Despite my situation they didn't look at me as different or homeless but an actual individual. Shared food and drink when they could and allowed me to charge my phone to keep in touch. Arrived just before closing and staff did what they could to make my order appropriately. The fries were fixed fresh and hot so they were the bomb.

Food was delicious and consistent with my Bojangles expectations. They did not have grits or dirty rice on the breakfast menu. This was not consistent with my past experiences.

The food was made fresh!! The service from the manager on duty was very refreshing to see, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Oh yeah, he even carried out food to our table!!

Biscuit was overcooked, and the ham was not very tasty. The restaurant could use a little cleaning.

I went to Bojangles in Marion on Sugar Hill Rd on 6/22/23 during the morning shift and received the best customer service from a new gentleman there. He was patient with me getting my payment together and had great energy. The y need more employees like him. Thank you.
