Review Helena's Country Market - Marine City

First time here and I will definitely come back! Friendly faces to greet and chat with you if you're unfamiliar with items offered! Delicious!!

Today was my first time going there. The couple that own it were so welcoming and sweet! I had a chat with Helena about her periogies and how they're made. I bought 2 packs of the bacon, potato, and cheddar kind, which come in a dozen. I also bought the custard cake (pictured) but I couldn't remember the name. The cake was extremely good! I plan on going again!

Tried the cheese and potato pierogies and chicken patties. They were amazing! Homemade at its finest. I also bought the stuffed cabbages, but have yet to try them. Get there early if you want the goods! Helena runs out fast and there is usually people waiting in line to get in.

You really have to go here. Great food. Closed until after the first of the year. Governors orders.

Excellent family business selling quality home style polish food. I was able to buy all the fixings for a delicious dinner that was ready to serve in under ten minutes. I will definitely be going back to try more foods.

Drove a long way and was worth every bit. Best stuffed cabbage we have every had. Peroges are great. Cucumber sailed is the very best. Everything we bought was well worth the drive.. We are looking forward to our next visit..

The absolute best chicken on a stick...or any kind of chicken...best I've ever had.
