Excellent food. Chow Mein, fried rice and walnut shrimp was enough to feed 4 people easily, very generous portions. Quick service. Good pricing. Delivered quickly and hot
The food was excellent. We had eggrolls, won ton soup, chow mein, chicken cashew, sweet sour chicken. We were 4 adults and had plenty of food for $42.
Mom's Favorite Ja-Chung Mun !. The asian food is good, ambiance not so much. Family style place serves healthy portions, with good prices. Mom's favorite Ja-chung mun (spelling???) is a black bean sauce seafood pasta (so she describes it). We come back again and again for this dish, because it reminds her of growing up in Korea (circa 1940s) and having this once a week, as a treat. I like the curry dishes, personally.
Be adventurous, try a lunch special!
Lee's Garden has been in Marina ever since I was a kid! I hadn't been there in over 20 years but so glad we stopped to eat since I forgot Daddy's was closed on Monday and Tuesdays. They updated their look and you know a Chinese restaurant is good when there's a lot of Chinese patrons eating there!
They serve Dim Sum every day. We ordered from their lunch menu. Portions were very nice and egg drop soup was really good. YOU GOTTA TRY THE CHIVE DUMPLINGS!!! That was sooooooo yummy. Service was fast and they were patient with us since we hadn't been there for such a long time.
Food was very tasty and not full of salt!
Dim Sum dumplings were so tasty I forgot to take full pics of them...sorry! Prices were very reasonable and they put your leftovers away for you so you don't have to worry about making a mess!
Overall nice ambience and well maintained. We really enjoyed the chicken fried rice and chicken corn soup.
Me and my family loved this place, really good service and food! Waitress Fiona and the other older lady were very nice and complied with our every request. Not to mention the beautiful interior design and decoration, really nice experience overall :). Forgot to take pictures of the food since we all got to eating immediately.
Never never never judge a book by its cover. Lee’s Garden Restaurant is the epitome of this coveted advice. On the outside a somewhat run down building that needs a bit of love. On the inside they provide hands down one of the best (American) Chinese meal in the country. I travel the world and I’ve eaten at some of the most renowned restaurants on the face of earth. And nowhere have I had a meal that surprised me the way Lee’s did. It’s simple fare and although my pallet may be different and probably simpler than most, I truly loved the sesame chicken and fried rice I had at Lee’s. Crunchy breading pure white meat(not false claims) actual white meat!!! And perfectly cooked rice. Do yourself a favor and make sure to visit Lee’s. I know I will again.
Planned a family retirement dinner at Lee's Garden on a Saturday. We had the back room reserved for the family and ordered from family style menu on the back of the menu. We were quickly served our tea followed by won ton soup, fried won tons and spring rolls. The main course meals were all good and seasoned just right. Not too much salt. Everything was cooked well and moist. We ended up taking a lot home for later. Staff was quick to bring whatever we needed and checked on use regularly.
Incredible food! They are in the center of a college town and is a local favorite. Affordable lunch specials bring in a loyal crowd of customers and the food is cooked to perfection. The batter on every dish is fried so well; that even at the end of your meal and that last piece of chicken that's been sitting in sauce in whole time, will still give a satisfying crunch. I eat here at least 4 times a week and my wallet can't even complain because its affordable.
