Taylor Powers was the manager on duty, she has very poor customer service. The workers got my order completely wrong and not close to being right. Instead of just using common sense and making my order right she told me that I order my food wrong and refused to correct the order, so I asked for a refund. She literally ignored me for 5 minutes holding up the drive thru. Will not return to this location!

Unfortunately there were 3 of us in the drive thru and it was almost a 20 minute wait. I believe they were understaffed. The kid at the window was so friendly and polite though.

No refills charge u for everything when i can go to mcdonalds down the road owned by the same owner and they dont do that management should not get to make rules all mcdonalds should be the same period.

They get my order wrong at the drive thru a lot.

I’ve had good experiences in the past. But lately they’ve been forgetting parts of my order or always giving me Diet Coke when I asked for regular. Today particularly they gave me Diet Coke when I asked for regular so I went through the drive-thru to correct it. They gave me Diet Coke AGAIN. It’s very irritating to have to wait so long in line for them to correct the order to have them mess up again.

Even doing mobile orders doesn't go over well foods not done or wrong. They always take care of the window before the people who have been standing there waiting 15 to 20min
