Austyn's Restaurant & Lounge

We had a wonderful waitress, history buff / English teacher that offered great places to visit on our weekend trip and even made a special Happy Birthday dessert plate!! Food was delicious, food plating timing could improve, some food hot, while some food had cooled off already upon being served. Would like to give them another try on out next trip.

We enjoyed our stay here on my birthday. All the food was delicious and in great portion. Its such a nice place for fine dining with good quality of food and with professional servers... thank god for a restaurant like this that you dont ever see in town. I highly recommend this place to come to for special occasions. We will be back

Food was good we came on 4/30 at 5pm. Joy the waitress added a $14 gratuity just because it was prom even though we were only a party of 2. Joy also just took our money and said have a good night and didn’t give us back our change which was $10+. She also was friendly to all the tables except us. You have like 3 tables at a time cmon. I came last weekend for another prom with a party of 4 and did not get gratuity. Not coming back me or my bf.

Appetizer was delicious but scare in quantity. Ahi tuna, barely enough for one. Not worth price. Salad with meal and balsamic dressing very tasty. We were informed of special which was a Salmon dish with rice and mango/citrus salsa. Salmon was dry, rice bland, over all dish had no taste. I kept trying the msngo salsa with the salmon and the rice and just could not get taste. My husbands steak, bland, no taste. He ordered Med-Rare, only a spot in the center was. When we got the bill, my “special” was $40???! She hadn’t told us the cost so when I saw the cost I guess she meant “special surprise”. The rolls and herb butter were delicious. So unfortunate. We love to fine dine but Austyn’s will not be returned.
