1st time ever coming to this place for breakfast was on my way to work and saw a commercial last night for Wendy’s so I stopped and I was greeted by the most polite delightful woman in the world the name on the receipt says Alisa. Alisa THANK YOU!!!!!!! Your company should be so honored to have an employee like yourself. As a customer service manager I look for and love to reward fantastic customer service and you deserve it all!!! My food was hot and fresh and this is the only Wendy’s I’ll stop at from now on! Worked a 12 hr shift. Went to Zaxby's for dinner. Sat in line for 15 mins waiting on the person in front of me to order. By the time I pulled up they were ready to close so I had to end up leaving. Went to Wing stop even though they didn't close for another HR and a half. They were no longer taking orders. Came here. The friendliest and best service I have EVER had at any Wendy's. The manager there is phenomenal and it shows. His customer service was amazing. Ten out of ten recommend

Normally this is my go to Wendy’s but this time I got food poisoning and was sick for three days. I’m just now getting better and honestly I’m still having issues. Not sure if an employee didn’t wash their hands but my food was served without gloves and I ended up sick. I probably won’t go back now.

food is always great and sometimes the customer service but tonight they had told me no more strawberry lemonade or any other type of lemonade besides the regular and when i got to the window there was some flavored lemonade made for the cars behind me. and i’m just confused on why would you say that but make the drinks for the cars behind me and ordered after me.

For a little over a year now, there is a worker that goes over and beyond to make each guest feel good! She LITERALLY gives you like a mini pep rally with your breakfast order! I think her name is Alisa. She stands out you can't mistake her for anyone else! She's dope and deserves to be recognized!

I was made to wait more than 20 minutes for a apple pecan salad and a sandwich that was ice cold, they said they had to.grill the chicken for.the salad NO CHICKEN WAS IN THE SALAD . I.just gave them $12.00 for.nothing. POOR SERVICE!! (also was told to get out of the line and park on the side) WHY ????

The food here is good overall. Like the baked potato option instead of fries. Drive thru is relatively quick and the staff is friendly and helpful.
