Food was burnt. Floor is gross. Management clearly lacking. I do not know how you let food come out like this. This is why I do not eat this stuff.

Ordered taco bell and KFC, missing a mashed potato, the chicken on the sandwich is so dry, we actually dipped the whole sandwich into hot sauce to try and make it easier to eat, there was a busted BBQ sauce cup in the bag, the pop corn chicken was missing the chicken... It was all just over cooked skin no meat, and this, is the Mac... Which is super dry, has the texture of being cooked under a heat lamp for 8 hours, and on top of that, actually taste like spoiled cheese, which I didn't know was possible.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a beef burrito supreme, all I got was a tortilla with a looks like they rubbed some baked beans on, no beef and very little anything else. All I tasted was tortilla. Also ordered two piece chicken meal, they forgot the side. Never will go there again.

Is there a reason this TB location only hires people who show up to work high or with a terrible terrible attitude? I've been here 3 times (years apart) and not ONCE has my order ever been right. I only order 2-3 things, right off the menu AS IS - no special orders, but it makes no difference. I've lived down the road for 5 years now and ALWAYS go out of my way to avoid this location. How sad and pathetic is that? Taco Bell used to be a fun and friendly establishment with quality fast food. It sure has gone downhill. Does management and owners not have any standards anymore?

The worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time which speaks volumes considering I’ve had some fairly bad ones. Horrible customer service and my order which I waited for at 8pm took over 20 minutes with just 5 cars in line on a Thursday night and it was completely wrong. Not only do I advise everyone to not put yourself through the hell of this place, the ownership should be beyond embarrassed even thinking this is remotely good. Do Not, I repeat do not order anything from this ridiculous place!!

The drive thru literally says open at 10:30. Got there at 10:40 something. And waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes. Finally someone started talking to me, telling me they’re sorry but they started opening late and they’re not ready and to come back later lol. Who runs this place? Also from my other experiences here, the people here are extremely rude, my orders are never correct, they take forever, and now you don’t know if they’ll be open the time they say they’ll be. Just don’t stop at this one. It sucks.

A typical Taco Bell… Horrible service… It’s raining outside and the order area has no overhead… As a look at a Chick-fil-A across the street which does… Taco Bell is truly the worst QSR brand in the world when it comes to customer service and much more …guys spend $2000 and put an overhead comer over your menu board order area
