The food was hot and fresh but the place itself needs to be knocked down and built again from the ground up. The young man who gave me my food was extremely nice but the drive thru worker seemed like he couldn't wait to get out of there. The place looked like it was closed down upon our entrance but it was actually still open. The drive thru was barely lit and the person who took my order didn't even say anything when we pulled up. New lighting, and deep cleaning are needed most definitely here.

There was no one getting food in the whole restaurant at 11:58 in the middle of the day and somehow they still took 10 to 15 minutes to give me my burger and fries. Step your game up. On the other hand it was the best experience I've ever had since I've been to the DMV.

I have been getting my breakfast from this Hardee's at least twice a week for the last two years. They have hired a new cashier at the drive through window. A tall Black woman with long braids. She is very rude. Does not speak when spoken to. She has made me reach almost with my head out the window to hand her my cash on more than one occasion. Her hand was not out of the drive through window. This morning when I received my food, I said thank you too and she just laughed at me. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HARDEE'S. Very rude very disrespectful Poor management.

This particular Hardee's is beyond disgusting and unclean regardless of the business or lack of. It always seems to have some foul odor there and for your safety never use there bathrooms they are extremely unsanitary and one could easily end up with a severe staff infection

It took me 20 minutes to get my food going through the drive thru. I ordered a 1/4 lb cheeseburger and I got some crappy burger that I could have gotten at McDonalds. This Hardee's is always super slow. Not going back there again.

Atmosphere is kinda grim. They removed one of my favorite discounts. Getting past all this, the burgers are good, and the dine in service is great.

Always great food and the staff is nice and friendly, but since we've been going here, there is one booth on the back wall with the same pencil marks on the wall that they've never cleaned off, I have to wonder about how clean the rest of the place is.

Drive thru cashier was BEYOND rude. She did not know the menu items and when asked about what came on a thick burger was very rude to me. I do not appreciate the service I received today and can guarantee I will not be back and will suggest to others to stay away.
