This place is a three story bar and restaurant right at the Freedom Boat Club. Great service from Holley. The crab cakes were fantastic. The shrimp BLT sliders are worth it too. The atmosphere was great. My only issue was just the lack of support staff and the bathroom was trashed. But it was a Monday 🥴

Went about two weeks ago after an afternoon at the African Safari with our children and grandchildren after a friend had posted a photo a couple weeks earlier. We will definitely be back! My husband is a fish person and absolutely LOVED IT! I enjoyed a burger we had a wide variety at our table. Great service!

Dockside views were pretty good with marina and daily charter catches. Our waitress Crystal was helpful, attentive and a good sense of humor. My wife and I split a big order of perch, walleye and fries. That was the only issue. Fish was overcooked. At their prices, it should have been better.

TL:DR Good but a bit pricey. The restaurant isn't fancy. It's a place to get decent seafood by Lake Erie. You pay a but for the privilege of sitting buy the water, but portions are generous and service is good. I ordered the crab fries as an appetizer and study were pretty good. A shareable basket of fries topped with Maryland crab cake arrived in a reasonable amount of time while I waited for my entree of Shrimp Trio. This dish, consisting of Shrimp scampi, grilled citrus shrimp and shrimp tempura was served with green beans and rice. Overall, a good experience.

A very nice place to dine. Visited during Covid-19 when Social-Distancing was in full effect. Things are done decently and in order. A nice, clean environment with great service. I had the Perch Sliders, definitely a Hit!

Love sitting in the booths along the back over looking the boats and all the action at the marina. Better than sitting at or near the bar where more of the loud crowd likes to be. No complaints with any of the food items we've ordered in the past but one of my favorite are the walleye bites. Simple but so good.
The service has always been friendly and attentive. I've never had any problems with the food, service, or the atmosphere of this layed back eatery. 🐟🦐🦀😀

We stopped here for dinner after a day at the African Safari Wildlife Park. We got there around 5:30 and it wasn't very busy and didn't get busy until we were ready to pay for our food. The food took around 45 minutes to arrive and for the price it was not worth it at all. The mayo on the philly cheese steak had a strange flavor and may have actually been tartar sauce. The walleye which was raved about by customers and our server was average at best and was comparable to regular cod but for a higher price. The fries were good as was the side salad. The snow crab legs were extremely difficult to crack open unlike anything we've experienced before. When we were finished we waited 30 minutes just to receive our bill and it took another 30 minutes for our server to come back to take the bill. In total we spent over two hours there for mediocre food at a premium price.
In addition to these issues not all the employees were wearing masks, and there was even a sign on the door saying employees are no longer required to wear masks, even though we are in the middle of a pandemic that is getting much worse. They also did not seem to wipe down and sanitize their tables well at all, barely wiping them down between customers. The inside tables also we're not spaced out to promote social distancing and hardly any of the customers wore masks even to walk into the restaurant. If we come back to Port Clinton we will not be making a stop back here and recommend others to find a different establishment to support with better food and service.

Food was fine. However, with COVID I was so disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. Half the staff did not wear a mask, some that did were not wearing them correctly. Their sign says masks are required, but if you are not wearing one we assume it’s due to medical reasons... I can understand kids that work there not wanting to argue with people but hardly anyone was wearing a mask. This restaurant is using cloth napkins and I am certain the menus have not been wiped down since this time last year.
