Whataburger

This place use to be great. Everyone has a bad attitude & no one wants to work. They had an amazing manager at one time & he made that place a well oiled machine. I’m not one to get angry but this visit sent me over the edge. Not only did the cashier give us an attitude when we place an order but she got mad that we didn’t tell her there were shakes. Oh I’m sorry we spent money here & we have to walk you through how to do your job.

Very sad. This place use to be a good place to eat! Took 20 mins just for them to order a kids meal for our daughter and an extra 5 to 10 just for us to order our food. Manager just kept looking at the guy taking our order and just let it be. Didn’t give us our small drink nor our fries for a meal. No ice. And when we spilled our drink by accident they just placed a wet floor sign and never cleaned it up. We cleaned most Of it up. The burgers were made really sloppy as well. Very disappointed. As well as they didn’t change there gloves!! There was mustard on my burger bun and I ordered a Buffalo chicken strip sandwich!!! What if I was allergic?! This place is a law suit waiting to happen

Last night me and my girlfriend went to the whataburger in Marblefalls TX I ordered the same thing I always do a patty melt with extra creamy pepper sauce with side of medium onion rings so my girlfriend thought that sounded good and ordered the same thing waited 20 minutes til we got our order and the patty were really good but I was disappointed when they gave us cold onion rings and you could hear the staff's conversation and I heard one worker tell another about a gentleman who was sitting alone the worker told the other worker man!!! That one guy sitting alone is weird and thought that was rather rude to say about there own customers
