Lots of yummy treats to choose from, which is what they are known for. They could use better lighting as it was very dark and had an "unwelcome" vibe.

Madison was super nice and very efficient working with a stubborn ice cream machine. Overall store cleanliness was good and COVID precautions were still in place which is a nice plus. Location was convenient. Would definitely come back again... though mostly because i cant stay away from ice cream.

Convenient location and super yummy! Staff is very friendly and lobby is clean. Appreciate the mask enforcement as well, makes me and my family feel safe and cared for while out for a treat.

We all got blizzards. They were great. The store location is not correct on Google maps. We had to walk the whole mall to find it.

Was not greeted when I walked through the door. It took about a minute for someone to come from the back. The manager rang up my BOGO blizzards at full price even though the promotion was advertised on the menu board behind him. I didn’t realize the mistake until after the blizzards were made. Once I received the blizzards, I asked the worker behind the counter about the mistake I noticed and was told that it was up to me to mention the BOGO price and there was nothing they could do to correct the issue. The manager could have easily corrected the issue by refunding the blizzards in full, ringing them up at the BOGO price, and then refunding the difference. This did not happen. I left with my full refund and went to another location. So unprofessional! This is the second time I’ve had terrible service at this location and I will not be returning!

Wow. They violate the state goveners oder to lift the mask mandate, violate the ADA , and refuse to serve a veteran with a medical condition . Not a good business practice

we come here all the time and everytime they get our order wrong, it's crazy that its so hard to make an icecream right. I have tried to get ahold of the manager several times and supposedly the manager is never there, they always have an attitude when we go in or ask them to correct the mistake like we did something wrong!
