Jimmy John's

Consistently great roast beef sandwich. Bread is flavorful. Roast beef is always rare. Veggies are fresh. There's lots of meat and cheese in the bread too. I always get their signature peppers which are mildly hot, and very tangy and perk up the whole sandwich. Staff always seems friendly, fast,, well-trained, and clean. There are only a few tables inside, but everything seems immaculately clean. I highly recommend this Jimmy John's over all the other sandwich places in the area. Evey time I eat there it's a treat

We always order the same thing but instead of ham (can’t have it), Turkey. Never had a problem with changing it at other locations and this location until today. The counter guy was rude, abrasive and said he was charging me for the change. I explained that it’s never been an issue here and he said I was wrong and it’s not allowed. He said he would charge me for the change. I’ve never had such rude service as I have today. I will for sure be sharing this review along here and with my PTO groups here at our schools, our neighborhood events and fundraising groups.

The sandwiches are fine. Delivery is awful. I work very close to this location. I placed an order at 9:30, choosing the 10:30 slot for my order to be delivered during my 30 min lunch break. The order was not delivered until 11:00. Did it ruin my day? No. Is it unreasonable to think a restaurant five minutes from my location, who's slogan is "Freaky fast" could deliver an order within a 20 minute window with an hour heads up? Also no. I just wanted 5 minutes to eat.

At about 3:00pm I walked inside no one aknologed me for about 5 minutes there were two girls talking in the back I could hear voices I could have easily ran off with the tip jar & the register by the looks of the counters behind the glass they could have been up front stalking the ingredients and wiping down all the stainless steel I walked right next door to Chipotle and was takin care of like a customer should

We travel full time so we have the opportunity to compare eating establishments. This sandwich shop is One of THE BEST Jimmy John's ever. Uber clean, extremely friendly staff and very accommodating to customize your selection. Danielle goes the extra mile to make sure the whole experience is a great one. Plus you just can't beat their sandwiches. We will make it a go to place whenever we are in town.
