Red Lobster

We ate here for lunch on Easter and normally we have a great time/meal but this time was a little different. Usually the quality here is amazing, food is great, drinks are good. This day the quality just seemed rushed and the food suffered. It wasn’t as good, clearly noticeable difference from before. Everyone at the table said the same thing, just okay. I’m hoping this was a one time thing and the food improves, I love eating here most of the time!

The dine in experience is good as it ever has been. The curb side pick up, has many issues. Order took 30 minutes longer than projected and I had to go inside, which I don't mind TOO much since I understand dinner is busy, but once we got the food home we found it was burnt. The Brussel sprouts were charred and crunched while the salmon was so dry you'd think it was jerky. Late AND burnt? Not good.

Food was good as always but they apparently were short staffed so service was very poor. Sat at bar to wait to be called for our table. 20 minutes and no drink. One bartender for entire restaurant. Half hour total wait, finally received our drinks only mine was wrong. I drank it anyway. We never were called for our table so we ordered from the bar which was also another 20 minute wait. Asked 4 times for biscuits but never did get them. Once our order was finally taken, we did receive our food in adequate time. Again, the food was delicious.
