Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

1st time there in over 10 yrs, the salad and ravioli were great. Bread sticks were tough and cool not warm. Waitress was fairly new and did not have a few answers to simple questions but very nice and did not give us much time to decide what we wanted before taking our order. Plus she stood there while getting cash ready to pay her.(a bit tacky)

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in a long time. Josh was amazing and very good at being attentive to our needs. Always have a smile in his face. He's probably the best server I've encountered. Great attitude and positive demeanor. He doesn't over reach across everyones food. He comes to the side of you, says pardon me, gives a warning that plate is hot and moves on. He doesnt set your drinks down while holding the rim of the glass. Treats my little ones with respects and makes sure they are taken care off. He lets them make the order while being supportive and assisting instead of asking the parent to see what the kids are eating. Food and drinks were also amazing. Great time at this restaurant. Josh help make a difference and gave us a reason to return.

Service was good in terms of the sever/waiter but the food was so extremely bland I had to put so much salt on my chicken just for it to have any flavor. I don't get why people praise the food at Olive Garden when it's so bland and flavorless. The soup they brought out before the entree was 100000 times better tasting.
