Himitsu Teriyaki Restaurant

I don’t normally leave this bad of a review, but this place deserves it. First, they overcharged me, and I had to repeatedly request three times before he was willing to add up the bill showing I was overcharged by about $15.00. After a 15 minute wait, I got my $10.99 order of Ramen noodle soup which consisted of a $.25 package of Ramen noodles with some broccoli added to it. Unbelievable! Needless to say, I will never, ever come back to this place again. I would advise anyone else to be equally circumspect of this establishment.

Great teriyaki spot right in maple valley but a little unknown since it's hidden off behind the Bartell and QFC. The employees are friendly, the service is very quick and the food is delicious with large portions. Funny side note you'll only get a fortune cookie if you smile and ask for one, no smile no cookie.

Have bought food from here the past couple years, food quality is great and so was the customer service. However in the recent past, customer service has been beyond lacking,the cherry on top was my last take out order where they refused to take an extra 5 minutes and let me pay over the phone. I said I was trying to suprise my wife and just wanted to pay for it. The replay I got was “ I’m to busy do you want your order or not” if I hadn’t already gotten myself and wife excited for teriyaki I know exactly what my answer would have been.

Reasonably priced, good quanity, but quality of food not comparable to some other teriyaki fast food restaurants. Teriyaki sauce was to salty, Orange chicken was mushy, salad dressing was watered down. My wife placed the order and I attempted to pick it up 10 minutes later. When I walked in and asked for our order by her name they told me they had no order under that name, so I said maybe it's under my name, sorry nothing. I had to describe my wife and what she ordered for them to find the correct order. Wouldn't it be alot less confusing and professional to attach a name to the order? After leaving and arriving at location to eat ther was no utensils or napkins in the bag. Really dropping the ball here...
