If I could give this location half a star, I would. We have gone to this location 3 times, simply because it's different than the what's available at our hotel location (out of town workers). 2 out of the 3 times our order was wrong. Once it was missing all the sides we ordered and today all the dipping sauces we're not given.
The only reason I'd give it half a star is because the flavor is good.

This place is AMAZING in every single way. The employees are awesome, food is great and the managers go above and beyond with their customer service.

The food was quite good, as usual, and we were dining in. We were concerned that the trash receptacles were overflowing and the bathrooms were not clean. My husband had to wait on his order of okra and they only had 1 biscuit left. This was at 6:30 on a Tuesday night.

Been buying chicken here a long time bought a 10 piece was the worst chicken i ever bought there. Think they didn't put any kind of the normal spices tasted bland. Large mashed potatoes n gravy n cold slaw is now smaller. Wasted 36 dollars

We ordered. And it was 2 simple boxes. A 2 piece mix with fries. Tirned out to be 2 piece white. Other order 3 piece mix with beans & rice. We had to pull forward for quite a long time.
