Ordered two hotcakes and sausage breakfast meals and a side of sausage last week to feed my teens before a big test at mid Ohio. Upon opening one of the meals, I noticed that one of the sausage patties had some type of hair on it. We are ruined from the experience and will NEVER eat here again

Got my money stolen. Went today before work for breakfast, maybe ordered $5 of food. Long story short I had to pay for somebody else’s food which costed way more than my own. When confronted the guy at the window just said “don’t worry about it”. Having to go to work, I just left.

Drive thru 2nd window attendant kept his back to us during the long wait. Watched front counter girl take money, then grab fries with her hand in the container...no hand washing, no gloves. Our 2 bags were tossed to us by back-facing guy, almost lost it all, with not a word to us, just turned back around after shutting the window. Packaging was messy, dirty. Food was thrown together like no one cared. We understand being busy, being short staffed, but we don't excuse rudeness.

went through the drive thru on monday, i ordered a large dr pepper and was charged $11.88 they didn’t give me a receipt and figured it wasn’t a big deal bc it was just a drink. when i looked at my bank later it had -11.88 from mcdonald’s. i called today to try to get a refund and they hung up on me 3 times, then told me to stop calling? i literally work at a mcdonald’s in mount gilead and the workers at the one in mansfield have horrible customer service i would never act like that towards customers.

This Hass to be one of the worst McDonald’s franchises. They’re frozen Coke machine never works, they can never get orders straight and when the frozen Coke machine didn’t work they offered me another drink but didn’t wanna refund me for the frozen Coke which is way more expensive than a regular pop. I had to ask for it then I reminded them that I had ordered one pop and one frozen Coke they couldn’t seem to figure that out the entire order was screwed up their fries are always cold. You need to do better

My wife, daughter and myself decided to stop in and run thru McDonalds for some hot fries and hot apple pie for my daughter. She was on her 30 minute lunch break so needless to say we were in a bit of a hurry. We felt safe getting in and out quickly as there was only one other car in line ahead of us at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I gave the greeter the code over the speaker and was asked to pull ahead to the first window. We were greeted with a friendly smile and was asked to pull on her head to the second window to pick up our order. When we got there we were again greeted with promptness and was asked to wait a moment. When the employee came back to the window she gave us a bag and said have a good day. We pulled out on Lexington Avenue and started heading back to take my daughter’s workplace and realized that her apple pie was not in the bag? I turned around in a nearby parking lot pulled back into the drive-through now with five cars in front of me and explain to the greeter on the speaker that we were missing an apple pie. I told him of the mistake and He said politely said, pull ahead and we will make it right. We explained the situation to the first window and asked for two additional pies for the inconvenience they told us to pull ahead and they would make it right. When we got to the second window they gave me another bag. I opened the bag to find the Apple pie we paid for plus one more and I said to the female employee in the window that I was told we were going to get one for each of us in the car total of three and she told me to be grateful that I got the one additional and shut the window on me . I thought to myself how rude and customer service skills were horrible. During these times of COVID when only drive is open, you’re (the customer) is definitely at the restaurant ‘s mercy. It seems the days of being polite and taking care of the customer is long gone.
