Pizza is DEFINITELY better than Domino's, but they cost more.... I like them.

I have ordered delivery 3 times from this Pizza Hut and I have had bad experiences each time. The first two times my delivery took almost 3 hours. Today I was given boneless hot wings instead of Honey Bbq. I called five times only to be placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone. The pizza did not taste fresh. It tasted like a frozen pizza. Never again Broad street Pizza Hut!

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years had no complaints until today!!! I picked up a pizza, came home to discover that it was overcooked and dry. I took it back not asking for a refund but to simply remake it. Then a lady in the back started yelling very rude about me returning the pizza. I asked for a manager and he was too busy to come to the front!! I will never go back there again!! Poor poor service

Terrible establishment. I was on hold so long after my order was not delivered 90 minutes late, that I drove to the store STILL on hold and literally watched the front worker pick the phone up and hang up on me! Then he refused a refund AND refused to even give me the manager’s name. She was yelling in the back of the store that she was too busy to talk to me and refused to even speak with me.
Had to call Headquarters to get a refund.
Do not go there!!!

My food actually getting delivered would be great. I ordered at 11:11am but never received my food and once it was 12:50pm I tried calling multiple times to the store and never got an answer. I ended up driving to the store to see if I could go pick up my order and the store was empty and the door was locked. I received a call till 2:30pm that my order had to be canceled.

Order was done on time and accurate. I only pick it up these days as I gave up on delivery as it takes too long. Since I pick it up, it has been better

I had 5 hungry grand-kids to feed upon return from the waterpark at 1 minute before Pizza Hut closed to pick up order. Thankfully staff called to ask if we would still be arriving.....YES WE WILL PLEASE HUNGRY HIPPOS IN THE CAR, ITS ME OR THE PIZZA!!!!
