R Taco

Why? Why have I just been introduced to this place? Who are you to not tell me about Rusty Taco? I thought we were friends. Oh we ARE friends huh? Ok ok come close so I can slap you! Don't do it again alright! I forgive though. Next time you find a fire spot like this you tell me immediately. (Extra lime and hot sauce definitely hits the spot)

I frequent this location, and they always provide me a list of ingredients they do not have that day. I typically order 2-3 tacos for pickup and will still wait 10-20 minutes after I arrive. Sometimes this is because they were out of ingredients for my order and informed me after I arrived (then making new/substitute taco). Most recently, the fried fish was way too overcooked and crunchy, almost like it was fried twice. The fried cauliflower is delicious. Chips and queso are good.

The food was cold and gross. We got the brisket nachos and a street taco. The shell didn't look like it was heated up. The cheese on the backs kind of looked clumpy as if it had been chilled and not reheated enough. It was also cold. The BBQ sauce was really cold, and it was the only part of the nachos with flavor. I gave it a 2 stars bc the staff was really nice and the restaurant was clean from the areas I seen.

Pros: There were a decent number of options The prices were reasonable, and cheaper than Torchy’s too (which was definitely appreciated) My fajita chicken taco tasted really good The (unlimited) chips and queso tasted great! The restroom and restaurant were both clean! It took maybe 1 minute to get our food, and only 15 seconds for our chips and queso Cons: Can’t think of any

These people are crooks. I came two days in a row for the Bandito drinks the first time I ordered two frozen they said they no longer have frozen only on the rocks. I then ask for them on the rocks without the ice. They filled the 8oz cup with Bandito and I checked out. The next day I came in I ask for another two on the rocks w/o ice and jokily said i know it sounds weird but i normally like frozen but you guys don't have that. The lady responded and said we do have it today. I responded with happiness and said well let me get two frozen and one on the rocks w/o ice for my husband. They made what I requested. The next day I sent my husband in to purchase the same thing 1 frozen and two on the rocks w/o ice. He came home and said they charged him double for each drink because he didn't want ice. They indicated if we fill the cup up w/o ice it'll be extra. If he didn't want the extra charge they will only fill the cup up half way. The menu says 8oz the WHOLE cup is 8oz. I disputed the charges for this illegal activity and will report to the BBB and contact whoever is the owner of this location.

Ordered Door Dash from here. I thought we would give it a try. My first thought was, wow, $3.50? This "taco" is smaller than my fist. McDonald's taquitos are larger. The tortillas are disgusting. They taste like store bought tortillas from Kroger. I have to stop. Don't waste your money or time, I already did that for you.

This place is FILTHY and they charged me for food they were out of and then wouldn’t refund me. If they don’t clean the areas you see how well do you think they clean other things? They charged me $10 for chips and guacamole, told me they were out and were too busy to refund me and would later then they never did. Now they won’t answer my calls. Save yourself the hassle and eat literally anywhere else.
