One of the worst place. Like they need to train or do something with the workers. One of the guy gave me burnt waffle and when I asked him if it’s okay to eat he told me to eat it. It tasted so bad and he had a very bad attitude, like am paying for the ice cream why is he acting up. Anyways it’s not the first time this happened. They always have attitude , bad customer service. The next time I go I will make sure I record to show how they act up and what kind of customer service they give. Please work on it we are paying for for our ice creams!!!

The place is clean and has a good selection to choose from. There was a female worker that was so rude! She tossed the ice cream cup on the tray, walked away from my husband when he asked for a lid, rolled her eyes at us. She made this experience bad for our family this was the 2nd time there and won't be back because of how rude she was. Was there on 3/7/21 around 5 pm

The options are almost too many for someone visiting for the first time. The prices are pretty high, but for me that is expected. You can buy a gallon of ice cream at the grocery store for their largest bowl here. They have waffle cones and bowls, even dipped if you want to pay for it. Their ice cream is very good, rather intense flavor and I would've been better with a glass of water with it!

Out of half their selections. Supply shortage. Way overpriced for what we got. Would be better off buying some ice cream from the grocery store. This messy location should close.

Went in at 10:20pm and they told me they couldn't serve me because the store had been closed they just didn't lock the doors. The door said they close at 10:30pm. I have worked in retail and customer service and we have always served customers until closing. I do not believe serving me would have taken longer than 10 minutes. I just wish if they are not going to serve customers to the time they say they are open they should adjust their hours.

I specifically asked for a cake batter shake. The worker proceeded to get me a birthday cake remix, which I later found out is completely different from what i asked for. The worker also gave whipped cream without asking which I did not want. This is why I’m taking two stars off of a usual five star experience
