Management should come in on the weekends and help their staff out. 1 guy was running the whole store today - I asked him 3 times to make my sandwich a melt and he didn't.

Legit the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They barely even looked at me and were rude and throwing Stuff around like they were busy and frustrated. It was just me and 1 other person waiting. I haven’t been to subway in forever but dang won’t be hittin this one up again

Lying to customers so you can clean the store and only having 1 piece of bread in the whole store is not acceptable. I’ve been a GM I understand you got things you have to get done but there is a way to do it and lying to customers and being rude to people over the phone isn’t it.

My sandwich was good. I got the roasted chicken. They desperately need employees, there was only one person working. She was efficient but we had to wait a bit longer for our turn. I asked her if there were any other employees there that could help her and she said she was the only one there. I felt sorry for her because she seemed like she was a little overwhelmed. She was very polite 😊

Can’t ever get orders right online ! Never answers the phone when you call . No management accountability!!! They can be absolutely not busy but act like they’re so overwhelmed with making a sandwich.

I went to this Subway on Sunday 06/05/16 and was short changed by $5...I called the next day was told to call the manager the following day and she would take care of it...I tried calling her two days in a row...left messages but not response. I am not a happy or satisfied customer. Not a very good way to do business...I feel they stole from me..I will never go back ... it was a very expensive sandwich and it wasn't even that good.
Very unhappy customer.
