Green Tea Sushi Bar

Green Tea has a nice atmosphere. We got crab ragoons for an appetizer and they were some of the best I've ever had. Got the spicy mahi rolls for my entree and they were good. The clear soup that came with was wonderful but way to hot to eat until I was half done with the entree. They would have gotten five stars if our server had been more attentive.

Not even one star. I went to this place to support a small business. However, I will no longer return due to fact that I was made out to be a liar on my order and that the problem that I needed help fixing was not willing to be made right by them. While I was on the phone the assistant manager (Cheyenne) carried out another conversation with an employee about clearing tables & gathering checks & continually spoke over me as I was trying to communicate with her. I’ve never felt more disappointed in a businesses unwillingness to help sort things out. I’ve been to this location 10 times & ordered the same thing every time. When my order was made wrong they refused to help resolve it & made me out to be a liar. When I mentioned how bad this customer service felt & that I would not be returning, Cheyenne was perfectly ok with that & hung up the phone. Super sad at how hostile Cheyenne turned out to be & honestly concerned for her. I’ll be ok, I have a great Counseler, however, maybe Cheyenne won’t be. @Cheyenne, all of this could of been turned out differently if your heart had been willing. If you need any counseler recommendations I can give them. However, I will NOT recommend this place.
