If I could give more than five stars I would! While we have always had delicious food and prompt, friendly service at this location, today Brandon (the manager) went above and beyond. I was trying to orchestrate a surprise lunch for my JJ's-loving husband and his family, who had planned to visit to celebrate a special occasion. Brandon offered to personally drive well outside of his store's delivery area during the busy lunch hour to meet me and deliver my order! I never expected such generosity and am so thankful to Brandon for his help. He is a class act!

I literally always have great and fast service until today. I ordered and quickly it let me know it was out for delivery, however an hour later I was still waiting for anything to show up... I called the store and was rudely told to be patient and that it was on its way. Once we finally got it, it wasn’t the right sandwich and we were given chips instead of our drinks...... really disappointed

Consistently forgets pieces of my order, including chips or a cookie when food is ordered through delivery. Also consistently forgets to add requested toppings to my sandwich. This has happened at least 4 separate times. Phone number is currently not working and there is no way to contact the store to fix the mistake.
