I had here my very first English pie and OH MY GOD this was soooo good! I tried the Heidi: sweet potatoes, spinach and goat cheese, on top of great mashed potatoes. Totally recommend trying this typical dish. The place is small but cozy and we had a nice attention :)

We came here for the gluten free menu (my partner has Celiac) and the food was actually really great objectively! I was pleasantly surprised they have a nice bar menu, great atmosphere - a mix between fast casual and bar atmosphere, very clean, really nice and fast service. Highly recommend and would come again
We were intrigued by the image of the 'pie in a roll' which we were informed is a Wigan Kebab, a local delicacy. The 'Deer and Beer' and Vegan "Chana Rama' were delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience was cheerful, thanks to Cameron's excellent music choices.
