Baskin-robbins

This was the absolute last time trying this place. I loved this place for years getting a mocha however the last couple years the night shift is just not polite and horrible. Today I ordered a snickers sundae that cost 7 dollars and tasted horrible. The ice cream had chunks of ice in it to where I threw it out!! Never again!!

RUDE!! It appears to be the manager & I hate to say it butI believe racism was involved. She acted really annoyed with us as we were deciding. But the people after us she smiled & was sweet as pie & even the next clients she greeted & asked about their day. I don’t understand why she was so rude which leads me to the race card. Her tone was curt & she scowled at us. The next folks stepped up & she instantly smiled & was so polite. Everyone else was white, we are a biracial pair. I am a very friendly person, I was polite & I cannot think of any other reason she acted this way. Very sad

We haven't had Baskin Robbins in 20 years and we wanted to try it again... Unfortunately, upon entering the store it was about 80 degrees and the doors to the ice cream were open!!! My husband began reminiscing and I began to panic as every single tub of ice cream was like soup! I whispered to him "is it frozen"? He said to ask. So I asked the very inexperienced staff if the ice cream was frozen because the doors were open and it looks melted, like soup. The young gal literally said "some is and some isn't... Like we don't have control of the temperature"! Then you should close the doors to this place ... Absolutely horrible experience. Thank Goodness for Russell Stover directly across the street where the ice cream is frozen!

Completely disgusted!! Poor management!! My son just got fired for not coming in on his scheduled day off. This is his first time saying no when asked to come in. No written warning, just flat out fired!! I’ve been in retail management for over 15 years. The person who called out should be the one punished, not the person asked to come in on his day off!! Good luck finding someone else that works as hard as my son does!!

(DO NOT EAT HERE)The manager who works there name Samantha gave me one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store is managed very unwell and most of the reviews are not pleasing at all to read. The way she treated her customers with rude behavior and bad attitude, I would suggest to never come here. Save your money and time.

Very busy Friday night with one girl behind the counter. (She was good and getting a lot of tips.) I really enjoy a chocolate blast (I wish they still had it on their menu). Usually when I ask for one I get strange looks and have to tell them to make a cappuccino blast with no coffee only chocolate. This girl new exactly what I wanted and was quick about it. The place was dirty and getting run down and worn out (the facility is old and needs a facelift) but the girl working on 4/30 earned 5+ stars regardless of the lack of employees and owner investment/interest.
