Pizza 911

My order was 1 chicken ceasar salad wrap on white, sub chicken tenders, add feta, with a large order of waffle fries and a side of cheese sauce. I live roughly 1.5 minutes away from this location. My food arrived soggy and cold. The cheese sauce for my waffle fries had congealed chunks in it (see picture) and was cold. My wrap was placed in the container "upside-down" and hardly even wrapped (see picture) luckily i was able to pull it out using the tinfoil and re-wrap it myself. It all tasted good, the lettuce was a little bitter. Disappointing lunch for a busy mom 🙁

My wife and I have ordered from here several times; pizzas, calzones, subs, etc and we have not been disappointed. It's definitely a great place to order from on a Friday night. I would recommend pick up or eating in. We had one experience where we ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours to get. That may have been an anomaly, but we have just decided to do pick up when we order instead. Update: we have always had good luck, tonight we ordered a Greek pizza with no black olives. Unfortunately as you can see by the photo, the label says no black olives, but the pizza has them all over it. Disappointing.

Was a regular customer until I was shown the Customer service is an absolute joke along with a complete lack of respect. Just got shorted a pizza and upon telling the driver we were told that luckily we had plenty of food to hold us over. that pizza was for the kids. Then when calling to cancel the pizza because of how rude the driver was and wanting to take my business elsewhere, the person on the other end of the phone was completely unapologetic for the situation and just as rude. Completely disgusted, if doing their job is a nuisance perhaps consider hiring people a little more competent. Lovely experience.

I was trying to order food as a thank you to my friend for taking my brother for his surgery in Boston so we ordered a large pizza, fries, and two subs. I looked at my call log and I ordered at 5:50pm. They said 45 minutes to an hour. Ok great! So excited. About an hour and 35 minutes later the food arrived. The pizza looked like I took it out of the fridge and gave them left overs. The pizza and fries were cold and cold subs I got were horrible from sitting so long. It was well over disappointing to serve this to my friends. I don't usually write bad reviews but this was just horrible. The food being late and cold. Will not order from here again. The only good thing about my experience was that the women who answered the phone was very patient and pleasant to speak with.

They used to do a $6 12 inch pizza on Monday-Wednesday which has since changed to a $7 large. I preferred the $6 12 inch. I'm extremely disappointed that fried ravioli has been removed from their menu. I like their sauce because it's sweeter than most which are too salty and savory for my taste. I'm not impressed by their toppings. I only ever want a cheese pizza anyway, though.
