Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The overall experience was good and we are super understanding to these things. They were really busy and they were short handed. Our server was a young man who had so many tables. He was trying hard to keep up but he did a great job. Unfortunately our food came out at the same time as our salad and appetizers. That was when our server noticed the kitchen made a plate wrong so he brought it right back. It only took 2 minutes to get a remake as apposed to the original 25 minute wait for food. (Again, super understanding and appreciative to the young server and staff). We also ordered more food to-go and those were brought to us very quickly. Although, we had to ask for a bag for these to-go items. So overall, it was a good time and good food, great staff, even while short staffed.

Service was very good, n wait time was not bad at all. Waitress was nice, however i didn't give it a 10 because I had to ask the waitress for napkins 4 times before she remembered to get them for me. Also they messed up my take home meal. I got chicken & broccoli and no pasta i didn't notice till i got home. The pasta was what I mainly was looking forward to. Even with them little tiny hip cups we still enjoyed our dinner. Thank you to all the people that made the evening so good.😊

I ordered curbside from Olive Garden and was pleasantly surprised with the food. I’m not much of a pasta fan, but I got the shrimp scampi and really enjoyed it. My order was all there which I always am worried about when getting takeout food. The staff was also really nice when I arrived for pickup. I’ll have to try dining in sometime soon.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went in for lunch today & it was very quiet at 130. Had to wait to be seated by hostess as she seated another party of 5 in a different area from where we were seated. We were told Colby would be our server. He had 1 party that left as we arrived & one other table in his station. He did not approach us as he took care of couple that left. We waited 20 minutes, 2 other servers walked by us, as well as a bus person with no acknowledgement. We did use the "call server" device on our table, with no response. As we left we told the hostess that we were leaving as no one helped us. Her response was to say "Grrrr, I told him!" She then said she was sorry, but made NO effort to offer us another option. She just let us walk. Very poor customer service/relations.

Came in to try and get a seat. They only have like 4 seats inside. Very small location. They were not utilizing their outdoor space to make more seats for folks. Wanted a quick bite from the 2 hour drive. Was told the wait was 30 minutes. Unfortunately didn't have time to wait around. Please utilize your outdoor space. Was a very nice day out too.

I love Olive Garden 🫒To Go! They always do a perfect job placing and packing your food order! You know a restaurant has excellent take-out when you no longer have to search through the bag to double check your order! They always get it right! Also, the take out is always packed perfectly so nothing spills. Yummy and Happy!
