The two men working at around 2pm on the 21st December were so so lovely! They put a smile on all of our faces. I came with a group of 4 and we all came it of the shop and all discussed how sweet, kind, and charming both staff were! The food was delicious, as always
Slow service when there's a rush, but what can you expect? It's a Greggs. Good food, nice staff, places to sit. What can you complain about? I think people need to stop expecting a five-star restaurant when you are in a place that's famous for a sausage roll. I used to come in here for my breaks from work never had an issue.
