The BEST omelette I have ever eaten!!! Smoked salmon, capers, Boursin. With kale and beans on the side !!! Finally a breakfast place in the area that is not “the same ‘ole.”
Great place! I can tell that they really care about the quality of the food and the service. Went for lunch but would surely give dinner a try as well. Best of luck to this place and I hope you have a busy summer season.

We had an incredible 3 course dinner for New Year’s Eve. Everything was perfect, which we have not found at the last2 restaurants we ate at. I would recommend you try the expresso and home made Irish cream liquor.
Delicious food...I've had breakfast and dinner several times...friendly owners & staff and warm atmosphere! What more can you ask for?!
This place was awesome. Still had the friendly atmosphere of the old beach street and 1 of my favorite servers was still there. It was clean and the food was fresh, hot, and had me tapping out but wanting more. Can't wait to try lunch and dinner!

Lovely place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was amazing, especially the Moules-frites, the Coquilles St-Jacques and the fried battered haddock. Perfect end for a nice day at Singing Beach.

Come early as it first open so there's no wait. The coffee is fresh and good. Omellete (Fumee du Mer “Sea Smoke” smoked salmon, capers, chives, and boursin cheese ) is simply divine. Nice ambiance, good food, good service. Street parking available

The best restaurant in America. Let me tell you why. We live in the North End of Boston and made it to Manchester by the Sea to spend a nice beach day at Singing Beach. After a full day there, we went into town to find a place for dinner and after going into two other restaurants first to check out their menus—we decided to not be fooled by the word “Cafe” in the name of this restaurant to think it is only a lunch place. Once our jaws dropped when we looked at the seafood options on the menu that our server, Erin, showed us—we took a seat and ordered the most delicious Brussel Sprouts that she recommended. Looking at our neighbor’s table, the Stuffed Avocado looked like an amazing choice too but with the appetizer, the size of the entrees we ordered, and the best bread I’ve had in a while with a unique honey butter that melted in our mouths, it was enough food for the four of us. The Mixed Grill plate was exactly what I wanted after a day on the beach—perfectly cooked scallops and well seasoned shrimp paired up with a fish or steak. I originally ordered the steak for a surf and turf combo but they had ran out for the evening and Erin worked with the chef to kindly substitute in the Sole Fish that was the special that evening and it was the best fish I’ve ever had—I’m not kidding. The dish was even better as it paired up with the atmosphere of being hosted for a home cooked meal. At the end of the evening, Allie came out of the kitchen to hand deliver us the Black Raspberry Cake that was big enough to share between four people. My experience at this restaurant left me feeling in a way that I’ve never felt before when eating somewhere. Allie’s Beach Street Cafe is the perfect place to go to if you want quality food, great taste, great service (thanks again Erin!), and a bit more of a homey and casual setting. I will recommend my friends to come here for dinner and will do the same for you if you are reading this.
Love coming here! The Fumee de mer is my favorite! Fresh salmon, boursin cheese, light and fluffy eggs. The chai is rich, frothy and full of spice! Friendly waitstaff and they never rush you out! Relax and enjoy every forkful!
Today was Allie's Beach Street Cafe's last open day. We were fortunate to be able to come enjoy our favorite brunch! Fumee de mer with avocado toast and home fries, spicy and frothy chai! Great breakfast selections at Allie's. This dish is called Shakshuka, 4 poached eggs, avocado, and feta on top of tomatoes.
A dozen people from my garden club had a delicious and delightful lunch there today. The food came out quickly and was so tasty and well presented. Lexie the manager ensured that everything was ready for us and accommodated our requests. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient. This place is a winner!

Allie's is a gem. It's a sweet sunny cafe with amazing coffee and breakfast. My mom and I ate there both days were were in Manchester-by-the-Sea!

This is a gem of brunch spot in Manchester-by-the-sea. Great spot for coffee, also. I noticed many people stopping in for coffee to go. They have a counter where you can just walk up and order it. We went for dine-in brunch. The food was delicious. The service was great. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

It's rare to find that local family-owned European flavored eatery with consistently wonderful and unique food in a sea of formula chain restaurants. A true gem we'll happily drive some distance to on a cold night. Allie and her staff are amazing – we love the warmth! I'm amazed at the few negative reviews I see here by people that can't wait 5 minutes for something - and then proceed to complain about not getting discounts. Grow up, you're not children anymore!
This was our best brunch experience during our stay. We went with a group of 4 and all of our meals were exceptional. We were each raving about the food after we left. Service is great and the atmosphere is really quaint. The perfect spot for a Sunday brunch before heading into Salem.
