Very busy chick-fil-a, but fast and friendly service. Accurate order with hot yummy food. I placed a mobile order and picked up through the drive through, which was very fast. My main complaint is that the parking lot was so crowded I then could not leave. The lot is laid out in a very strange way where it is hard to get in and out, and took a very long time to do so, even by Chick-fil-a parking lot standards, which are always terrible.

One of the best Chick-fil-A locations in Manassas! I love the quality and the taste of each menu item! Everything is fresh and the staff are so kind and caring. Nothing compares to the service that they give everyday to their customers!

The food is consistently served efficiently, correctly and tasty. The staff is also consistently nice and hard-working.
The challenge is, and has been, they are way too busy/popular to be crammed in that location. Somehow, though, they make it work!

Fantastic service!! Thankful there's no Soy in most of the food here. My young grandson is anaphylactic when eating or touching Soy products. That's why we never go to McDonald's :(

There is a Starbucks right next to it so there may be a bit of fast-moving traffic even in the parking lot. We chose to eat inside. Seating is a mixture of tables and booths. The restaurant was clean. The staff was nice and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a nice place to have delicious food.
