This is a real Bistro. The food is delicious and plated well. Drinks were spot on. Everything was great. Service was excellent. If you're looking for a place that will become your favorite, this is it. Spacing was good. Easy to feel like you're all by yourself even when crowded.

Lola's is now my favorite restaurant in the Richmond area! The food is always wonderful! Tonight we had Chicken Marsala and Orange Roughy. Service is excellent but best of all is the atmosphere! The building is an 1865 farmhouse. It also served as the Red Fox Inn at one point. It is a beautiful historic building with all the historic detail and fox hunting pictures to make you feel as if you have stepped back in time. The best!!

Excellent dining experience. We went first on Veteran's Day and then again in December for my birthday - both for dinner. Our waiter was prompt - anticipated what we needed - The Owner is the excellent chef - we've had four different entrees - all exceeded our expectations - save room for desert - try the sundae with cotton candy added - a friend raved about the bread and his lunch last week. An excellent location for fine dining both inside in small intimate rooms or outside in the heated tents.

Server was very nice and attentive. Salad with pears was great...lobster ravioli was okay. Kinda disappointed. Inside the Farmhouse was kind of old, was just expecting cuter.

Have been here several times but yesterday was then first time for brunch and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It didn't hurt that it was a perfect day only enhanced by a fantastic venue.
The staff was delightful...professional yet friendly...attentive yet not intrusive. And the food has always been really good quality for the price. If you go there for brunch you really need to try their pork sandwich. I could easily have eaten two of them...not because they are small but just that good.

Fantastic restaurant and always a relaxing and enjoyable time. This is one of our favorites and often used for special occasions. We like sitting outside, but inside is just fine. Most italian dishes are classic and well prepared. Other dishes and specials tend to be more creative. The cashew crusted halibut last night was extraordinary. Great service as well.

Because of my grandma she used to tell everyone to go there, gave them business. Her and my mom went there almost weekly until one day they ate there and left a tip. The waitress complained to the owner that it wasn’t enough so the owner called my mom to tell her. My mom had to drive all the way back up there to ‘tip’ more. It’s a shame Ronnie had to call my family out like that all the business they gave them over the years. Advice ... if you go there give a great tip or you will be called out by the owner.
