I went to this Chipotle location around 8:30pm last night and was shocked at how nasty and unsanitary the food prep area was. When the guy handed me my burrito it had rice on the outside of the paper it was wrapped in. I was also shocked because the garbage was so full that I couldn’t get my receipt in it. Trash should be taken out just before it’s full ESPECIALLY in a restaurant.
I realize fast food restaurants can get busy but management needs to do better.

I have been to many chipotle locations, but this one is the worst. The portion sizes they have given me have been very very small numerous times. At first I thought it was just a certain employee who gave small portions, but as I kept going back I realized that all of the employees serve the same. I do not get my moneys worth here, and neither will you. They really need change at this Chipotle location.

Well 20 dollars for to bowls of good food but charged for topping of guacamole and soda machine was out spent 40 dollars unexpectedly place didn't feel clean and we stood at register for 10 minutes waiting to be charged for stuff that shouldn't be charge for.

So I created a mobile order, as I always do, and ordered a burrito bowl. When I was finally back at work for lunch I open my bag ready to eat my meal that I just paid $13.47 for and to my surprise I find this. I had not taken one bite out of it, yet I my looks like someone has. This is outrageous. If it were possible to post this review, with zero stars, I would. On top of this the staff were slow and had minimal coauthored service skills. Thumbs down chipotle.

This was the first time I tried a Chipotle in my life and I have to say this is one of my favorite chains now.
Staff was incredibly friendly and the burrito was just awesome, so big and tasty!
Cool that you can choose the ingredients yourself.

Too much salt in their food. Most of time I get heart burn. Even though their ingredients are good. Also they always have good workers

Poor service, small burrito, actually one of the smallest burrito ive ever paid for from chipotle, it looks like it was her first time making a burrito. Honestly i feel ripped off. She honestly set the record for smallest burrito from chipotle. I still love chipotle but not from malibu.
